How do I buy a product?

All sales work on a first come first served basis. You can message us via instagram, email us or call us on 07778 218740 to reserve your purchase and discuss delivery options and costs.

How are items priced?

Prices for each product are shown in pounds sterling and do not include shipping. 

How is my order confirmed?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation via email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made by most credit and debit cards or by BACS or PayPal. We only release and send an item once payment is complete and the item is ready for sending.

Placing an order with Pelmont Home is completely safe.

What are the Delivery Costs?

The delivery cost is determined by the weight and size of the product and the delivery location. Some items are very heavy so the most cost-effective and easiest solution for delivery will be discussed with you.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-4 working days of receiving payment but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. We can ship to UK and Europe.

You can also collect products in person from either Hampshire or London which would incur no fee.

Can I return an item?

Purchases are protected by Distance Selling Regulations which allow you to cancel within seven days after the day you receive the item. If we receive the item back in 14 days we will refund you in full. Buyers must pay for the return shipping.

If you do return an item you must obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as Pelmont Home cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost on their return to us. Items must be received in the condition in which they were sent? Missing or faulty goods must be reported to us within seven days of delivery.

Buying Vintage Items

Please remember that we sell mostly vintage, preloved and antique pieces. Many of these treasures will show signs of wear and use. We try to describe each piece as accurately as possible but if you are interested in an item and would like to ask more questions or require more photographs please do get in touch. 

Wherever possible we will list the condition of the item and mention any specific cracks or chips, but it should be noted that these are not new pieces. In most cases we feel this adds character, a patina and creates the beauty of the antique object. If you have any doubts or questions please contact us before you purchase an item. We also reserve the right to remove or refuse any sale.
