Description

A fabulous antique Minton plate dating to between 1830 and 1860 with impressed marks, in BB New Stone Pottery, and decorated with a lovely oriental design called Basket Japan. It is a transfer print enhances with green borders and pink and orange flowers in blue baskets. There is some very slight wear to one side but otherwise it is in fabulous condition for such an old piece.
