A very pretty dish made by Copeland Spode around 1904. It is hand-painted and was sold in the upmarket emporium T G Goode & Co in Mayfair London. Decorated with a brightly coloured peacock like bird and butterflies in the centre and flowers around the edge and a lovely dark blue and gold gilt edge pattern. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks, but some rubbing to the gilding on the right hand side (probably from being picked up by a right handed person!).
